    Such a good idea, I definitely need a bit of wellness if my life. I feel like we are too quick to neglect ourselves! Time for a bit of meeee

    Slow down, that is basically my new philosophy. I think we miss so much and I think I miss so much by rushing and cutting corners in every respect. So more time for me and other people.

      Sounds like a very good plan. It is not easy to slow down today, I have to remind myself to do the same time and time again. I found that closing my eyes with a warm cup of tea in my hand instantly calms me and clears my head! What is your method ?

        Well I actually developed a coping strategy internally. I don’t really do any physical things. I wrote about it recently in a post called ‘Corridors’
